A: Sign up for the type of wine you would like to receive. There are no membership fees to join and you will only be charged the cost of the selected wines for each shipment at a 25% discount plus any taxes and shipping if applicable. Just chose the club that is right for you and enroll via our online store or our winery staff would be happy to help you!
Red Wine Club – Three bottles of stunning red wines every quarter, a club for the serious red wine lovers among us. Shipments range in price between $60 – $70, plus tax and shipping if applicable.
Assorted Wine Club – We will select a variety of red and white wine each quarter, a club for those who love variety in their life. For the year you will end up with an assortment of red and white wine. Shipments range in price between $50 – $60, plus tax and shipping if applicable.
White Club – Three bottles of amazing white wines every quarter, a club for any white wine enthusiast. Shipments range in price between $40 – 50, plus tax and shipping if applicable.
A: We process our shipments every quarter. The shipments generally will occur in October, December, February and April. We will have a pickup party with each shipment!
A: We will charge your credit card approximately 1 week prior to your shipment being available to pickup. We will notify you via email when we have charged you for your club shipment.
A: You have 60 days to pick-up your wine from the time you are notified that the shipment is ready. If you have not picked up your shipment by the allotted time, we reserve the right to automatically ship your wine club purchase to you with applicable shipping charges applied to your credit card. We can only guarantee that wines included in a shipment are available for 60 days after we have processed your wine club order. If you pick up your shipment after 60 days and a wine that was included in your shipment is no longer available, you will be required to exchange the unavailable wine selection to a wine we have on hand.
A: Written notification is required for all name, address and credit card changes either by filling out our secure on-line update form, which can be found at Account Login, via email to email@example.com, or visiting the tasting room and supplying the updated information to one of our staff. Forgotten Barrel is not responsible for charges applied to incorrect credit cards or shipments that are sent to incorrect addresses if written notification is not received prior to the shipment going out.
A: You are required to receive at least 4 shipments before you can cancel your account. All cancellations must be done in writing by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or via standard mail to 1120 W.15th Ave. Escondido, CA 92025.
Cancellations must be received prior to the next shipment to be effective and need to include your name, address on file, and the reason for the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once the account has been cancelled. All shipments that were processed before a cancellation request was received in writing will not be refunded.
